Job Description Sales Executives. We are Hiring 100 Employees – Virtual Employment Available

Overview: 9-30-2014
Reporting to the company President, expectations include cold/warm/hot calling & qualifying prospective clients, building a robust pipeline, & closing business deals.
The ideal candidate has a successful career in the Federal, State, Military, or Department of Defense.
An understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, CPA, Social Media and SEOis required.
Communication often will be with stakeholders & must be comfortable selling to marketing, brand, and advertising executives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Understand the Company’s products, how they are priced, & competitive points of difference, so that the message is delivered accurately & with clear value to any potential customer.
  • Generate sales leads and appointments via aggressive cold calling, lead generation tactics, prospecting, and marketing to specific prospects.
  • Exceeding monthly quota objectives through outbound sales activities.
  • Accurately forecasting opportunities based on realistic assessments.
  • Meeting internal metrics including: number of opportunities, dollars in pipeline, & closed business.
  • Qualifying business opportunities by proactively initiating outbound calls to senior level management & probing prospects to determine needs.
  • Prepare detailed technical and business case presentations and site tours with prospective customers, supported by Operations Management.
  • Generating sales proposals, RFP/RFI Responses & following up with prospects to tailor best-fit solutions.
  • Coordinating negotiations to close deals based on price & service delivery commitments.
  • Transitioning closed deals to Operations & Customer Account Management.
  • Penetrate industry verticals to establish new business leads.
  • Optimizing productivity & following up on all leads in a timely manner.
  • Researching prospective industries & companies to assess their suitability for services.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of contracts and other documents for delivery to prospects.
  • Clearly present deal business terms and operational considerations to Management.
  • Working closely with Management to cultivate & enhance existing product/services & to create new innovative offerings to grow the company.
  • Initiate partnerships thu industry-specific channels such as brokers, consultants, telecom consultants, IT professionals, and systems integrators.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.

Job Requirements:

  • Sell online advertising products (including banner ads, premium listings, coupons, video, and more) to local and national businesses, overseeing all sales and inventory management in your assigned local markets
  • Present promotional opportunities and display options to local store owners and business managers
  • Research, identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales of both current and new offerings—constantly finding ways to optimize ad campaigns and grow accounts, while also seeking out new business
  • Track record of sales success reflected in history of quota attainment & income.
  • Experience with MS Office products, Email, Internet, & CRM software (Salesforce, ACT, Microsoft Dymamics CRM, etc…).
  • CRM Discipline a must.
  • Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a sustained track record of business development accomplishments as related to new business opportunities.
  • Ability to travel locally and out-of-state to current clients, potential clients, and marketing events, which may include occasional evening and weekend events.
  • Solid understanding of the government – and the way they departments of government operate.
  • 3-5 references from customers and partners.

Reporting to the company President, expectations include becoming a key member of our development team, and can expect to work on everything from front-end HTML, CSS, and JS to back-end services and database architecture.
Communication often will be with stakeholders & must be comfortable in a government environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new back-end features in HTML5, Javascript, Node.js, and Ruby-on-Rails
